1 can of chick peas
2 tablespoons of tahini
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Black sesame seeds
- In a blender, mix the chick peas (save a few for decoration), tahini, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of half a lemon.
- Put in a bowl or plate, add the salt, thyme leaves, chopped black olives, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon zest, black sesame seeds, chick peas and almond flakes.
- Put the grissini breadsticks next to the hummus and serve.
