- 100g of sugar
- 15cl single cream
- 50g salted butter
- Put the sugar in a pan on low heat and cook until it gets a nice brown colour. Remove from the fire and stir slowly.
- Add the cream and butter and mix well.
- Put the caramel in a small pot.
